Unlike the classic treadmill gait analysis, I prefer to video you running on the terrain you are used to. The body’s mechanics are very different when running on a treadmill versus road running. I am then able to slow the video right down and look at the mechanics of your feet, all the way up to the positioning of your head and how each segment interacts with each-other. This then gives a platform of where to start with corrective treatment and exercise prescription to better your running gait.
