Updated March 2023: Whilst the government has removed domestic restrictions for COVID-19, the virus remains a threat to many. Some of my clients have reduced immunity and require treatment for injury and pain reduction. Therefore, there is a collective obligation to reduce their risk of infection as much as possible. As such, I am requesting that all clients, where possible continue to do the following:
- Sanitise your hands on entry and exit of the treatment room/gym.
- If you have symptoms associated with COVID-19 or are otherwise unwell on the day of your appointment, I ask that you contact me ASAP to reschedule.
- Advice remains to NOT have a face-to-face appointment within 48 hours after having had a covid vaccination. Please re-arrange your appointment if this applies to you.
Protocols that remain in place:
1) I will do my best to offer you the first appointment of the day if you feel at increased risk from COVID-19. Please contact me if this applies.
2) On arrival to Croft Farm Water Park, please wait in or next to your car. I shall send you a text when you can make your way up to The Wellness Hub. Regrettably, we do not have a waiting room in the Hub. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
3) Cleaning protocol: There will be a deep clean of the room at the end of each day so to give the room time to dry, ready for the following day. Before each appointment, all areas that may have been contacted by anyone will be cleaned thoroughly with antibacterial products that have been approved by my professional body.
4) The treatment room will be well ventilated between appointments for at least 15 minutes.

If there are any extra precautions you wish for me to include, please do get in touch. I shall do my best to accommodate your request. There has been a great deal of extra work implemented to make the environment as safe as possible for both my patients and myself.
