“Following a car accident, I was recommended to Becky by a friend who is a retired orthopaedic surgeon. She successfully treated various conditions which had resulted from the accident using a combination of physical treatment and a series of exercises designed for my condition. Later, following surgery on my foot, I returned to her for further successful treatment. She is very professional and painstaking, but also friendly and sympathetic in her approach. I have recommended her to several people who have been very happy with their treatment.” Paul Jay

Initial 1hr consultation   All new clients are required to have a consultation. It is imperative to establish any health issues and/or underlying medical conditions prior to commencing hands-on treatment. During this session a subjective form will be completed, along with a physical assessment. Treatment normally begins within this session. From this session, a treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s functional, occupational and/or sport specific fitness. This includes a programme of exercises and recommendations to take on board, with an idea of where treatment is headed. £50 Follow-up 1 hr treatment session At the start of every session, a few questions will be asked with regards to improvements made, new complaints, any good/bad reactions to treatment. This usually only takes a matter of five minutes, but is essential to ensure that the treatment plan is best suited to the individual. 30 minutes general sports massage For those of you fortunate enough not to be suffering with an injury, you may wish to have a general sports massage. Ideally, it is best to concentrate on either of the following within a half hour treatment: - legs - arms - back, neck and shoulders A half hour session is not long enough to focus on more than one area, but is adequate time to have a thorough treatment on any one area. 1 hr sports general sports massage Allowing more time, a combination treatment is possible. Please note: for a full body sports massage a 90 minute session is advisable!
Treatment may include any of the following (where required): Sports massage techniques, mobilisations, assisted stretching, hot and cold therapy, ultrasound, interferential treatment, strapping and kinesio taping.
